Yes, we are the designers and creators of Bico Australia.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer Free Shipping for all orders above AUD$15 to Australia, USA, Japan, UK, Germany and all EU Countries via Amazon Fufillment from the substantial stock we are holding in those countries, and you will not have to worry about VAT or import costs.
 
Fast and Free deliveries are also available for all other countries via Tracked Airmail deliveries when the order value is greater than AUD$50 or AUD100 depending on the country.
 
If the items you have ordered are not available from stock we are holding in Amazon Fulfillment we will contact you before shipping from our stock in Sydney, Australia.

How long will my International delivery take?
When Amazon Fulfilment is not available we use Australia Post with Tracking for shipping.

Do you guarantee the delivery times?
No – in almost all cases we prepare and send out the goods on the day that the order is received (excluding Saturday and Sunday & Public Holidays) but we cannot guarantee the performance of the delivery services we use.
 
Deliveries within Australia can be one or two days late, so please wait a day or two before contacting us about late deliveries.
 
International deliveries to Japan, Germany, UK and USA sent from the stock we hold in those countries can (rarely) be one or two days late, so please wait one day before contacting us about late deliveries.
 
Standard International Airmail deliveries to other Countries can sometimes take 7 to 14 more days than promised by Australia Post due to issues with the receiving Countries Custom and Postal Delivery services.
What happens if I do not receive my delivery?
You do not have to worry – once we have confirmed the delivery is lost we will either send you a replacement delivery or process a full refund according to your wishes. Fortunately, this rarely happens.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use Paypal as our major payment method, but we also accept Bank Transfer payments from Australian Customers.
 
Credit Cards and other payment methods can also be chosen if you do not have a Paypal account.
Can I choose the Currency I wish to purchase in?

No, when you check-out you will be charged in the original Australian Dollar price.

The Currency Converter in our site will show you all of our Australian Dollar prices changed to the Currency of your choice using a live link to Yahoo Currency, so you are shown the current currency exchange rate, but the actual purchase will be processed in Australian Dollars.

Paypal or your chosen Credit Card company may use a different conversion rate, but the final charge in your country’s currency should be very close to the amount shown by our Currency Converter.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We use a major Hosting site for our On-line Shop with state-of-the-art security protection.
Will you be sending me emails about specials and new releases?
Yes, but only if you choose. Each email has an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom, so if you do not wish to receive Bico emails, simply click on the Unsubscribe link and we immediately and permanently remove you from our email list.
Can I return my purchase if I wish?
Yes – we will accept returns for any item you have received for whatever reason – the chain size is wrong, the colour or size is not quite what you expected, etc.
 
We will process a full refund for any return, or exchange the item and refund any difference in price.
 
For international deliveries made via Amazon returns can be sent to our Sydney address, or sent back to Amazon via a special delivery shipping label we will send you on request by emailing: sales@bico.com.au

Bico Return and Refund Policy
You can return any item you have purchased from the Bico On-line shop for a full refund or product exchange within a reasonable time of purchase.
 
We guarantee our products against manufacturing faults for one year and will replace or fully refund the price of any faulty item.
 
All refunds will be processed through Paypal.
Caring for your Bico product
 
Bico Core, ID and Raw pieces are protected by a super hard and transparent coating to extend the life of the finish for as long as possible.
 
Chemicals used in traditional jewelry cleaning methods must not be used when cleaning your BICO product as they will damage the coating.
 
Direct exposure to colognes and aftershave, pool products, and excess sweat can affect the coating and plating of your product.
 
Bico pendants and chains should not be worn in the shower, pool or ocean but if this does occur rinse off any salt water and dry the pieces as soon as possible.
